TE PUNI VILLAGE (VICTORIA UNIVERSITY OF WELLINGTON) - BALUSTRADE UPGRADE & BUILDING WASH

We've recently carried out a multi-block Building Wash via Abseil as part of a wider Scheduled Maintenance Programme or Planned Preventative Maintenance. The work also included light repairs as and when required to the specialist tiled façade

During this project we were requested to upgrade a glass balustrade detail and install a custom made flashing to improve the building performance and ease of maintenance
